DHS Immigration Memorandum | Judge Andrew Hanen's Injunction

Judge Andrew Hanen is on the left

I have read the 123 pages of Andrew Hanen's decision to enjoin Barry's immigration actions.
He has pointed out that the 26 state plaintiffs have standing. He says that the Federal Government says and does things, which make the Federal Government sovereign in relation to the states. No matter what the states say, the Federal Government has said that it is right.
The Federal Courts also engage in actions, which deny states' grievances, The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied claims by Arizona in regard to immigration.
Andrew Hanen tells it like it is, and he has no inclination to cozy up to anyone.
Mitch McConnell and his staff and advisors, would benefit from reading Andrew Hanen's decision.
Mitch McConnell, et al, have allowed Democrats to deny a motion to proceed with HR240.
Just read Andrew Hanen's decision Mitch.

This decision contains evidence that DHS secretary Jeh Johnson committed a crime. He did not publish his Deferred Action for Parents memorandum in the Federal Register. The Administrative Procedure Act is a law. which requires Jeh Johnson to publish the actions he took, in the Federal Register. He did not.
The president has a duty to direct the Department of Justice to charge Jeh Johnson with a crime.
John Boehner has resources in the House of Representatives to charge Jeh Johnson with a crime.

  1. A breath of fresh air to put a stumbling block to Obobo's high handed manner of granting amnesty to illegal aliens. If these aliens are qualified to become duly recognized USA immigrants, why did they not go through the regular procedure of becoming one? That alone leaves much to be desired and subjects the amnesty grant a highly contemptible issue.

I would like to see legal immigration improved, instead of focusing attention on illegal iimmigrants. Help immigrants, who want to immigrate legally.
